1. My breed isn't listed. What now?
We're sorry to hear that! We're constantly working to expand our selection. Please get in touch and we'll see what we can do in the short term.
2. How long does shipping take?
Our current shipping time is 3-5 business days. Occasionally, delays may occur with shipping providers (due to weather conditions, etc.), which are beyond our control. Therefore, our shipping information is only an estimate and not a guarantee.
3. Can emojis and other characters be printed?
Unfortunately, emojis, Chinese or Cyrillic characters, and other special characters cannot be printed. If these are selected, they will be displayed as spaces when printed.
4. What do I need to consider when selecting my photos?
When selecting photos, please ensure good lighting (daylight is better than flash), sharpness, and that the photo has not been edited. Please note that we cannot review every order, and therefore the selection of photos is the customer's responsibility.
